Birgitte Söndergaard

Birgitte Söndergaarrd is a multifaceted artist working in a constant process of change, completely unafraid of new challenges in paintingpainting, sculpture and installation art where she lets go of control to an uncontrolled suggestive mastered control of the intense creativity in both color and form. Birgitte paints predominantly in oil expressive figurative painting that sometimes turns into pure abstract expressionism, occasionally inspired by the Cobra Group.

Represented in many public environments and with private collectors in Sweden, France, Italy, USA etc. Birgitte has also participated in a number of international solo exhibitions in Milan and Paris and also participated in a juried group exhibition in the Louvre, Paris.
